I would like to invite you to contact me if you are experiencing any kind of anxiety disorders, panic attacks, mood changes, any difficulties in your relationships or in other areas of your life. Whatever you are going through – we can look at this together and work on reducing your suffering by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is an evidence-based approach to mental and emotional wellness. CBT uses scientifically proven methods to teach you some skills you need in order to break negative patterns and habits.

I have completed Master’s Degree in Psychology (Jagiellonian University) and I am during the fourth and final year of certification in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Ter-Cognitiva Center in Krakow (Center recommended by the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy). I have also spent one year studying Psychology at Nottingham Trent University in Great Britain, where I studied secrets of sexology, evolutionary psychology, criminology and addictions (under the wings of Professor Mark Griffiths).
I am a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I work under regular supervision and I constantly expand my professional competences.
