PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for storing and accessing information on User’s devices using cookies.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

1) The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the following meaning:
a) Administrator – the administrator of this website is Anna Żurawska, conducting business under the name Anna Żurawska, Tax Identification Number 6751708263, Business Identification Number 383811084.
b) Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the devices through which the User makes use of the websites of the Service.
c) Administrator Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, connected with running the website by the Administrator through the Service.
d) External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, through the website of the Service.
e) Website – means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domain https://feelyourself.pl/.
f) Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
g) User – means an entity to whom services may be provided in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the law.

§ 2 TYPES OF COOKIES USED

1) Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, this way it is not possible to get into the Device Users viruses or other unwanted software or malware. These files allow you to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service to each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the Device and the value assigned to them.
2) The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
(a) Session Cookies – are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the session of a given browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
b) Permanent cookies – are stored on the User Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not delete them from the User Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
3) The User has the possibility to restrict or disable access of cookies to his Device. In the case of use of this option, use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

§ 3 METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION

1) The Administrator collects information concerning natural persons using the Website not directly related to their business and natural persons representing legal persons or organisational units which are not legal persons, to whom the Act grants legal capacity, conducting in their own name business or professional activity, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Customers.
2) The Customers’ personal data are collected in case of:
(a) sending a contact form by the User through the Service,
b) contact with the Administrator in a manner other than that specified in item a) in order to use a Service offered by the Administrator.
3) In case of sending a contact form by the User, the Customer provides:
(a) first name,
b) e-mail address.
4) When using the Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Customer’s computer or an external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.
5) Navigation data may also be collected from Customers, including information about links and references they choose to click on or other actions taken on the Website.

§ 4 METHOD OF DATA USE

1) Cookies are used by the Website for the following purposes:
(a) to identify the customer in order to correctly submit a question via the contact form,
b) Enabling the preparation of an answer to a question submitted by a User,
c) creating statistics on viewing the Service and gathering information on the way the Service is used in order to improve its structure and content.

§ 5 ACCESS TO DATA BY THIRD PARTIES

1) Personal data collected by the Administrator are directly accessible, apart from the Administrator, only by the authorized employees or associates of the Administrator and authorized persons dealing with the Service, who have been granted the appropriate power of attorney.
2) Users’ personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable laws, and in particular to competent judicial authorities.

§ 6 SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1) The basis of data processing is to keep and store records related to the treatment (legal basis: Article 9(2)(h) of the RODO in connection with Article 24(1) of the Act on Patients’ Rights and the Regulation of the Ministry of Health) and, with regard to e-mail correspondence records, analytical and marketing activities – the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the RODO).
2) The Administrator declares that he applies technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular that he protects the users’ personal data against unauthorised access, loss or damage.

§ 7 POSSIBILITY OF DETERMINING THE CONDITIONS OF STORING OR ACCESSING BY COOKIES

1) The User can, independently and at any time, change the settings concerning cookies, defining the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s Device. The User can change the settings referred to in the previous sentence using the settings of their web browser or by configuring the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement on the User’s Device each time. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of using cookies is available in the software (browser) settings.
2) The User can delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the Internet browser they use.
3) Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Website.
